As a Guest Experience intern, you’ll be one of the main point of contact for travelers from around the world, supporting daily guest interactions, activity coordination, on\-property engagement, and overall satisfaction throughout their stay.
This role is ideal for students interested in guest relations, experiential hospitality, and community\-building within a multicultural environment. It will allow you to engage with our management team on key guest\-experience initiatives and gain a clear understanding of how it is crafted and delivered.Join one of Brazil's most exciting lifestyle hospitality ventures led by an international team from Europe, the US, and Latin America.
Our first property is already the most popular hostel in Rio de Janeiro, and we're now adding 70 additional rooms, creating the largest hostel complex in the region.
This is a full immersion into a high\-volume, next\-generation hospitality environment: 200–250 guests/residents, a bistro/café, two pools, a bar that turns into a club until 4am, a coliving area, and one of the best coworking spaces of the city.
Within school supervision guidelines, you'll be trusted with more hands\-on responsibilities than in most internships, offering real involvement and practical learning.

Interns will not be remunerated initially, as this is our first internship cohort; this may be reviewed for future cohorts.

* Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail in both administrative and guest\-facing tasks
* Clear, positive communicator, confident interacting with individuals and groups
* Resourceful, able to anticipate guest needs and offer solutions in unexpected situations
* Creative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to activities, events, and community moments
* Professional demeanor and a naturally welcoming presence
* English required; Portuguese is not mandatory
