If you are passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver an exceptional experience to our guests at one of Rio de Janeiro’s most iconic beach clubs, this position is for you! This is your chance to learn and develop your skills in a dynamic, high-standard environment alongside a team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist waitstaff in guest service, ensuring speed and quality; * Serve food and beverages according to beach club standards; * Support table, chair, and utensil setup, organization, and restocking; * Perform cleaning and maintenance of the dining area, outdoor spaces, and support stations; * Assist in inventory control and restocking of service supplies (napkins, cutlery, glasses, etc.); * Provide support during peak service periods and special events; * Maintain environmental organization, adhering to hygiene and presentation standards; * Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive guest experience; * Support other department-related tasks as operationally required.
