Cashier operation and payment handling Customer Service: Provide product and service information to customers, resolve inquiries and complaints courteously and efficiently, contributing to a positive shopping experience. Prepare and serve snack bar items such as sandwiches, cold cuts, cakes, desserts, savory snacks, juices, and coffee, including weighing and packaging. Operate bakery equipment and machines, such as slicers, coffee makers, scales, griddles, blenders, and sealers. Cashier Duties: Process sales at the register, accept payments in cash, credit/debit cards, or PIX. Issue receipts to customers and handle transactions carefully to prevent errors and fraud. Workplace Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and organized, including counters, display cases, and equipment; restock supplies as needed. Sales Promotion: Inform customers about promotions and products or services that may interest them.
