Active collaboration with students, parents, and staff **Description:** Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons efficiently, ensuring punctual commencement and conclusion of activities; adhere to established schedules for each class, respecting the teaching methodology and profile of each student group; administer and grade homework assignments, written and oral assessments, providing constructive feedback; enter grades for assignments, assessments, and other activities into the school management system; submit report cards, reports, and other relevant documents by the designated deadlines; record class journals in the management system; encourage the use of pedagogical tools provided by the school as complementary classroom practices (e.g., CNA Net); provide pedagogical guidance to students, parents, and guardians, maintaining an open and effective communication channel; promptly inform leadership of any issues or concerns involving students that may affect performance or classroom environment; participate in pedagogical meetings with the coordination team to discuss teaching strategies and improvements; support, participate in, and collaborate on the planning and execution of extracurricular events and activities organized by the school, strengthening student integration and engagement; provide individualized support to students, parents, and guardians, advising on the learning process and academic performance; conduct linguistic placement assessments for new students and prospects to ensure appropriate class assignment; collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated and cohesive support to students and their families. 2511050202231573954
