Internship Position – Administrative Internship Objective: Support the company's administrative activities, contributing to the organization and efficiency of internal operational processes. The intern will have the opportunity to develop practical skills in the administrative field, broadening their knowledge of organizational routines, document control, customer service, and support to various departments within the company. Key Responsibilities: Assist in controlling and organizing physical and digital documents and files; Handle telephone and in-person inquiries, forwarding requests to the responsible departments; Complete control spreadsheets and assist in monitoring operational indicators; Assist in updating franchisee registrations in the internal system; Provide support to other departments for internal requests; Respond to emails and messages via official WhatsApp; Handle external requests from franchisees and prospective customers; Assist in organizing internal and external meetings. Requirements: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Administration, Management Processes, or related fields; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; Willingness to learn and interest in developing a career in the administrative field. Working Hours: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day) – Schedule to be arranged.
