




Job Summary: Responsible for customer activation and support for GPON technology, performing diagnostics, using specialized equipment, and assisting field teams. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized technical support for GPON technology 2. Use of specialized equipment for diagnosis and analysis 3. Assistance and guidance to field teams Activate and provide support to GPON technology customers. * Perform activation and support for internet and telephony customers; * Identify active fiber and use equipment to perform reading, registration, and analysis diagnostics; * Use specialized equipment such as power meter and cleaver; * Assist, monitor, and guide cable technicians during activities; * Engage with customers while maintaining good communication and relationship; * Remove equipment when necessary; * Prepare work sites by installing protective signage (PPE); * Comply with standards and procedures adopted by the service provider; * Perform check-in and check-out for activities via internal system.
