Job Summary: This position seeks a professional to provide operational support to sales channels, assisting with administrative and operational routines and ensuring accurate recording of commercial information. Key Highlights: 1. Support the sales department in administrative and operational sales routines. 2. Ensure accurate recording of commercial information. 3. Support the sales force in resolving operational queries. ### **Responsibilities** Support the sales department in administrative and operational sales routines. Register, verify, and update proposals, orders, and contracts in systems. Support verification of customer documentation and commercial terms. Monitor order flow, deadlines, and status with relevant internal departments. Support the sales force in resolving operational queries regarding processes and systems. Ensure accurate recording of commercial information, maintaining organized and up-to-date data. Support preparation of simple sales tracking reports and performance indicators.
