End-to-end on-site customer support Customer Service Operator Position Description: We are seeking a Customer Service Operator to serve our customers and ensure their satisfaction. **Your responsibilities here:** * Perform fiber-optic internet (FTTH) installations, ensuring the first technical contact with the customer and service activation; * Conduct technical repairs on active connections, efficiently resolving faults and restoring connection quality; * Collect equipment from customers who have requested cancellation, concluding the service cycle in an organized and responsible manner; * Configure routers and other internet-related equipment, ensuring full functionality and guiding the customer; * Provide on-site customer support from the beginning of the contract through to service termination, serving as the primary technical point of contact and contributing to a positive company experience. **What we expect from you:** * Completed high school education; * Valid driver's license (Class B); * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and agility; * Organizational skills and attention to detail in customer interactions; * Prior experience in this field is a plus. **What we offer:** * CLT employment contract; * Fixed salary: R$1\.718,67 \+ 30% hazard pay; * Performance-based bonus for above-average results; * Workload: 44 hours per week. **Fibralink Benefits:** * + Health insurance – SulAmérica; + Dental insurance – SulAmérica; + Basic food basket; + Transportation allowance (if required); + Free internet plan for employees; + Birthday Day Off.
