Job Summary: This role involves comprehensive management of sports incentive projects, including proposal development, institutional compliance, and client communication. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in registry management and follow-up of diligence requests **Desired Profile:** * ***Must possess expertise in the Federal Sports Incentive Law.*** * Experience and/or education in sports management. * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Communications, Physical Education, Marketing, or related fields **Requirements** * Knowledge of the Federal Sports Incentive Law * CRM experience * Intermediate-level Word and Excel proficiency * Experience in administrative routines. * Preferably experienced with Notion, Monday, or Trello **Expected Skills** * **Proposal Development and Submission:** Drafting proposals, defining objectives, budgeting, and entering projects into the SLI system. * **Registry Management:** Monitoring and updating entity data (minutes, certificates, and mandates), ensuring continuous institutional compliance. * **Diligence Follow-up:** Prompt and legally grounded responses to official letters and technical requirements. * **Deadline Management:** Rigorous control of submission, fundraising, and accountability reporting schedules. * **Client Support:** Effective communication with clients via email, meetings, and messaging apps. * **Operational Tasks:** Updating internal systems and tracking deadlines with regulatory agencies. **Challenges:** * Understanding processes governed by the Sports Incentive Law * Operating the company's proprietary systems * Providing virtual, telephone, or messaging-app-based client support * Preparing documents and reports.
