* Experience in Asset Management and Reliability Engineering; * Practical experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance management; * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams; * Knowledge of materials, supply chain, and repairable components management; * Budgetary, KPI, and contract management capabilities; * Strong track record in highly complex industrial environments. **Desired Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Asset Management, Reliability Engineering, Maintenance Management, or Business Administration; * Knowledge of ISO 55001 (Asset Management); * Familiarity with SAP PM/MM; * Knowledge of Power BI and Analytics; * Experience with condition monitoring and predictive maintenance; * Knowledge of RCA, FMEA, and RCM; * Experience in digital transformation applied to maintenance and asset management. **Responsibilities and Activities:** * Define and implement the PCM strategy for assets at TIG, CPBS terminals, and Maritime Operations; * Ensure quality and accuracy of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans; * Ensure appropriate scheduling of resources, materials, and services required for maintenance execution; * Guarantee integrated management of maintenance inventories, repairable components, and critical materials; * Establish material management policies aligned with asset criticality and operational risk; * Manage processes for recovery, refurbishment, and reuse of components; * Lead the operation and evolution of the Asset Monitoring Center, ensuring early fault detection and failure prevention; * Promote use of predictive technologies and condition-based monitoring; * Coordinate reliability studies, failure analysis, and optimization of maintenance strategies; * Ensure governance of maintenance, reliability, and materials KPIs; * Provide technical and analytical information to support decision-making by operational and maintenance teams; * Ensure management of contracts under responsibility; * Guarantee compliance with the department’s operating and investment budgets; * Lead continuous improvement, productivity, and digital transformation initiatives. * Develop high-performance teams, fostering technical capability and succession planning; * Ensure compliance with Safety, Health, Environment, and Risk Management requirements; * Represent the department in corporate forums, audits, and company governance processes; * Ensure contract management, operational relationships with clients, and tugboat operations supporting Sul Ports maritime activities;
