Job Summary: Responsible for providing support to the hotel’s building maintenance activities, ensuring proper operation of facilities and contributing to guest comfort and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, and civil installations. 2. Support preventive maintenance of equipment. 3. Comply with safety regulations and the hotel’s internal policies. Responsible for providing support to the hotel’s building maintenance activities, ensuring proper operation of facilities and contributing to the comfort, safety, and well\-being of guests and staff. Carry out support tasks for preventive and corrective electrical maintenance of hotel facilities, ensuring operational safety and efficiency. * Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, and civil installations. * Replace light bulbs, outlets, switches, ballasts, showerheads, faucets, locks, and other commonly used items in guest rooms and public areas. * Replace and handle circuit breakers under technical supervision; * Close electrical circuits at distribution panels under technical supervision; * Perform masonry, painting, varnishing, or similar repair work on walls, furniture, piping, and structures, preparing materials accordingly; * Support preventive maintenance of equipment such as air\-conditioning units, pumps, elevators, and generators (where applicable). * Respond to technical service requests in guest rooms and operational areas. * Assist in maintaining records of performed maintenance tasks and identifying required repairs. * Comply with safety regulations (NRs), use of PPE, and the hotel’s internal policies. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of technical areas and the maintenance storeroom. * Work in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards; * Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
