Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Legal Intern to assist with the office's legal routines and provide support to attorneys. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with simple cases and petitions We are a law firm with over 30 years of solid experience in banking, civil, and commercial law. Our primary objective is to deliver high-quality, dedicated client service with a strong focus on results. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and eager-to-learn Legal Intern to join our team. The intern will assist with the office's legal routines and provide support to attorneys and assistants. Key responsibilities include: * Updating case progress in internal systems and court platforms; * Issuing fee payment slips; * Drafting simple pleadings, such as requests for document attachments, statements, and various applications; * Filing pleadings electronically or in person, when necessary; * Distributing lawsuits and appeals on the relevant platforms. Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate Law program from the 6th semester onward; basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is required.
