Job Summary: The professional will assist in modeling, coordination, and review of HVAC projects in Revit, preparing technical details and providing support in analyses and specifications. Job Description: **Prerequisites** * Completed undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering. * Proficiency in modeling systems in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite. * Basic knowledge of thermal calculations and duct sizing. * Initial BIM project coordination experience. * Ability to read and interpret HVAC and elevator project documents. * Familiarity with ABNT standards for HVAC. * Knowledge of technical catalogs for specifying chillers, fan coil units, self-contained units, VRF systems, and exhaust/ventilation systems. **Main Responsibilities** * Support in HVAC system modeling in Revit. * Assistance in project coordination and review. * Preparation of drawings and technical details. * Support in analysis of standards and specifications. * Adjustments and corrections as directed.
