Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on customers' pumping systems (water pumps, electric motors, exhaust fans), as well as corrective maintenance, installations, and implementations when necessary. Complete maintenance checklists and service orders (S.O.). Electrical: Identify issues in pump control panels, primary panels, faulty components, burnt-out parts, or anomalies; replace such components; replace panel conductor cables when necessary, including cables connecting to motors; adjust, lubricate, etc. Hydraulic: Inspect PVC, PPR, cast iron, or galvanized (fire protection) piping for leaks, etc.; replace fittings, valves, gate valves, ball valves, pressure-reducing valves, etc.; replace pipe sections when necessary, and even completely re-install sections when required. Mechanical: Inspect motors and pumps—including booster pumps, submersible pumps, lift pumps, fire pumps, and pool pumps; also inspect exhaust systems, motors, transmission belts, bearings, rollers, shafts, ducts, turbines, etc. Disassemble, repair, and intervene in equipment exhibiting malfunctions.
