




Job Summary: Coordinate and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance practices to ensure the availability and reliability of machines and equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring the availability and reliability of machines/equipment Coordinate maintenance department activities related to planning and control of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; assembly/installation of industrial equipment; technical feasibility studies; and expansion projects for facilities—implementing best practices and processes, guiding the team, and collaborating with other departments to ensure machine/equipment availability and reliability, as well as factory facility safety, enabling operations to be conducted with quality and aligned with organizational goals and objectives. **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Microsoft Office – intermediate level; * English – intermediate level; * Prior experience in leadership roles; * Prior experience in maintenance. **Desirable Requirements:** * Postgraduate degree in related fields; * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, PCM, and SGI.
