This role is responsible for ensuring on-site project execution with quality, safety, and timeliness, leading teams and serving as the liaison point between operations, projects, and clients. **If you enjoy a dynamic routine, team leadership, and direct involvement in execution, this opportunity is for you.** ### **Your Impact Here:** * Supervise on-site operations (assembly, execution, and disassembly) for LED, audio, and lighting projects. * Conduct structural feasibility analysis for locations where panels and other equipment will be installed. * Participate in project onboarding meetings to provide technical input to clients. * Lead technical teams by assigning tasks, monitoring execution, and ensuring productivity. * Ensure adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations. * Monitor schedules and ensure deliveries occur as planned. * Serve as the on-site contact point among teams, management, and clients, ensuring information alignment. * Identify and resolve operational problems during project execution. * Support logistical organization of equipment and resources required for operations. ### **What We’re Looking For** * Prior experience in field operations, LED panel installation, audiovisual systems, or related areas. * Completed undergraduate degree: Engineering, Logistics, or related fields (preferred). * Technical certification in electrotechnology, electronics, or related fields. * Organization skills, sense of priority, and ability to manage multiple demands. * Proactive profile with strong problem-solving abilities. * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor on-site. * Availability for on-site work and flexible hours (events, weekends, and travel when required). ### **Key Competencies** * Leadership and team management * Organization and execution * Problem resolution * Communication and alignment * Focus on quality and results Minimum Education Level: Technical Certification
