Opportunity for Electrician at REDE SANTA CATARINA – Casa de Saúde São José – Humaitá – Rio de Janeiro. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and building installations, equipment, and environments within the hospital. MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: * Carry out renovations, preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical installations and equipment in clinical areas, such as Operating Rooms, Emergency Departments, Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Inpatient Wards, Intensive Care Units (ICU) and Semi-Intensive Care Units, Coronary Care Units, Laboratories, Blood Banks, Sterilization Areas, Administrative Departments, etc. * Install and repair electrical equipment, circuits, and components. * Operate and repair lighting, power, control, and protection panels and circuits. * Perform maintenance and testing on generators, verifying performance, oil level, and water level. * Install and perform corrective and preventive maintenance on low- and medium-voltage networks, including distribution, cable routing, as well as assembly of conduits, power panels, protection panels, and control panels. * Maintain panels, cables, and electrical installations for emergency circuits, sound systems, telephony, alarm systems, CCTV, circuit breaker panels, etc. * Plan and execute electrical circuit distribution based on single-line diagrams, technical specifications, and sketches. * Recharge batteries, reset circuit breakers, replace ballasts and lamps, maintain outlets, replace electric motor components, test electronic components, and verify electrical current fluctuations, power outages, short circuits, and other incidents. * Ensure the electrical network remains fully operational by repairing outlets, switches, doorbells, replacing wires, and performing any other necessary actions. * Regularly inspect the operation of UPS units, electrical switches, machine rooms, generators, and primary substations. * Assess, together with Leadership, required materials and their respective quantities for service execution, and request them from the Warehouse. * Supervise and monitor services performed by third-party companies. * Keep work environments, tools, and materials clean and organized, ensuring compliance with the hospital’s safety regulations. **Education** Completed high school. Technical course in electrical engineering, electro-technical engineering, electronics, automation, or mechatronics. NR 10 certification. On-call position on a 12x36 shift schedule (7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) – to be confirmed.
