Organization and responsibility for deadlines **Job Description** * Conduct proactive and reactive customer service (phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail); * Offer new plans and perform service upgrades; * Execute customer retention efforts, with emphasis on cancellation reversals; * Send contracts, clarify clauses, and track signatures; * Schedule installations, maintenance, and technical repairs; * Register and monitor service requests until final resolution; * Guide customers on plans, services, applications, and equipment; * Update information in the internal system; * Maintain clear, courteous, and solution-focused communication.
