Ensuring that the real estate portfolio and corporate services act as levers for economic efficiency, sustainability, governance, and innovation—directly supporting financial results and company sustainability. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Key Activities:** * Develop and implement construction and project management strategies and models for stores and buildings, committed to accelerating timeline and cost optimization; * Manage all planning, execution, and control activities to ensure efficient delivery of project plans—including scope, budgets, costs, and schedules; * Coordinate and align stakeholders across end-to-end project development, approvals, execution, and final delivery of construction works—aiming to reduce miscommunication and impacts on involved parties; * Manage the entire communication and information chain; * Lead change management and scheduling; * Manage contracts and service providers, ensuring technical, legal, and documentary compliance; * Define technical scopes and implement a qualified vendor list in collaboration with the Procurement department; * Set goals and KPIs; * Supervise implementation of Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental, and Compliance standards; * Ensure construction projects align with corporate strategy and business/directorial guidelines; * Develop, implement, and manage processes and projects linked to the company’s Sustainability and Environmental Governance frameworks; * Drive innovation in corporate mobility and travel solutions, exploring market opportunities focused on efficiency and user experience—overcoming challenges related to technology adoption, interoperability, and cost-effectiveness. **Knowledge, Experience, and Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management preferred; * Ensure process governance aligned with best practices and efficiency methodologies: PMBOK, Agile, Lean, or FEL; * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project or Primavera; * PMI certification and Process Management certification preferred; * Solid experience in project and construction management; * Experience leading teams; * Retail construction experience preferred; * Knowledge of ESG principles; * Familiarity with Agile methodology; * Understanding of Real Estate Regulations and Legislation; * Service Design knowledge preferred **Additional Information** At TIM, your well-being is our well-being—therefore, the Conexão Bem + Estar program aims to strengthen TIM’s genuine care for the TIM team and their families through practical initiatives across multiple areas, ensuring everyone remains well—both personally and professionally.
