Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to work in hospital/clinic billing, performing verification, protocoling, and submission of billing forms (guias), as well as monitoring health insurance provider portals. Join us and help write our story! \#**WeAreVitus** \#**ForALifeWithoutPain** **Responsibilities and Duties** Main Activities: * Verify whether billing forms (guias) are authorized, stamped, and signed by both physician and patient; * Register them in the protocol system; * Generate the XML file; * Submit electronically via the insurer's website and generate the submission protocol; * Enter the generated protocol number into the system and create the billing title; * Send the physical signed and stamped billing form to the insurer or attach it to the portal; * Monitor insurers' portals to verify new instructions or process changes; **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience in hospital/clinic billing Desirable Requirements: * Experience with the Tasy system; **Additional Information** Work Location: Botafogo, RJ; Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Benefits: Meal/Voucher Allowance, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Total Pass, and Transportation Voucher Grupo Vitus was founded in 2019 with the objective of expanding our approach to caring for and valuing our patients' health, driven by the purpose of creating**an active and pain-free Brazil.** We are composed of brands with over 45 years of experience in healthcare.
