We will review your resume with pleasure. Requirements: * Experience in housekeeping roles. * Knowledge of housekeeping techniques. Responsibilities: * Cleaning and organization, including preparing cleaning equipment, the housekeeping cart, and linen storage; * Organizing the linen room: sorting dirty and clean uniforms, clean linens, and distributing uniforms to staff; * Opening windows/blinds to ventilate occupied rooms; * Requesting the restaurant to collect trays when necessary; * Dusting or cleaning furniture, windows, curtains, walls, light fixtures, telephones, and other items; * Making beds; * Arranging guests’ clothing and personal belongings scattered throughout the room; * Rearranging furniture, decorative objects, and printed materials; * Closing windows; * Positioning curtains and blackout drapes according to room standards; * Inspecting rooms for damaged items (light bulbs, safes, TVs, air conditioners, entrance doors). If damage is found, notify the housekeeping supervisor/maintenance team for appropriate action before the guest returns to the room or checks in; * Conducting a final inspection of the room, turning off lights, and closing the door; * In the late afternoon, “turn down” occupied rooms and replace towels as needed; * Responding to requests from the front desk and guests; * Taking responsibility for keys assigned to the floors under your care; * Keeping the floor pantry and housekeeping cart clean, fully stocked, and organized; * Assisting with linen counts for the monthly uniform inventory; * Performing bed turn-down and conducting in-stay and check-out control procedures; * Ensuring cleanliness of all public areas, restaurants, terrace, sauna, gym, spa, elevators, front desk, service stairs, basement corridors, staff changing rooms, and staff cafeteria; * Performing routine deep-cleaning tasks, floor washing, and window cleaning; * Responding to front desk requests regarding social areas, terrace events, restaurant operations, and performing regular inspections; * Reporting maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor/maintenance team; * Supporting laundry operations (receiving clean and dirty linens, assisting with counting, and transporting dirty linens in floor-specific bags); * Assisting on floors to set up extra beds and cribs in rooms according to reservations.
