We are looking for an **Operational Supervisor** with solid experience in the optical sector, particularly in ophthalmic lens laboratories for prescription eyeglasses. The professional will be responsible for supervising logistical and production operations, ensuring process efficiency, timely delivery, and product quality. Main Responsibilities * Supervise operational activities, inventory, receiving, shipping, and distribution. * Coordinate the production flow of ophthalmic lenses. * Monitor performance indicators and propose process improvements. * Lead, develop, and supervise the operational team. * Ensure adherence to production and delivery deadlines. * Manage inventory of raw materials, lenses, and supplies. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. * Integrate import, laboratory, and logistics departments to ensure operational efficiency. Requirements * Proven experience as an Operational Supervisor or in a similar role. * Mandatory experience in the optical industry, with knowledge of ophthalmic lenses. * Experience in optical laboratories and/or import companies operating in the optical sector. * Knowledge of logistical processes, inventory control, and team management. * Leadership profile, with strong organizational skills, proactivity, and results orientation. * Familiarity with operational performance indicators is a plus.
