Through creativity, innovation, and collaboration, we build solutions that positively impact society and illuminate the path toward a better future. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise execution of Direct Logistics activities (Inbound and Outbound); * Supervise execution of Reverse Logistics activities; * Supervise system accuracy (SAP) versus physical inventory; * Maintain operational and administrative order and discipline; * Conduct inventory activities, monitoring and executing rotating and general inventories, managing discrepancy resolutions and preventing losses; * Monitor inventory and logistics KPIs (accuracy, coverage, turnover, discrepancies, service level, inventory), proposing improvements; * Ensure fulfillment of internal requests, guaranteeing continuous supply to field operations, maintenance, and construction sites; * Ensure necessary items are stored safely and orderly, complying with safety standards; * Monitor and analyze material planning via MRP, ensuring inventory levels align with demand and lead time. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in related fields (preferred); * Proven experience in warehouse management, focusing on inventory control, SAP, and team leadership; * Prior experience in energy concessionaires managing construction/infrastructure materials such as poles, transformers, etc. (advantageous); * Proficiency in SAP (MM module), inventory, MRP, and system transactions; * Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze KPIs and technical reports; * Experience in environments subject to audits, strict inventory control, and traceability; * Knowledge of operational materials, especially electrical cables and meters (preferred). **Additional Information** We believe a company’s success begins with the transparency and reliability of each team member.
