Collaborative work environment at the global leader in real estate services **Job Title:** Facilities Assistant (Audio and Video) **Location:** São Paulo Job Responsibilities * Conduct meeting room checklists; * Verify HDMI cables, network connections, telephones, and TVs; * Replace HDMI cables as needed; * Adhere to the schedule for monitoring meetings and events; * Respond to service requests by providing audio and video support, including microphones, projection, telephones, and video conferencing; * Test functionality of all devices (TVs, telephones, and projectors) in meeting rooms and report technical issues related to Facilities operations; * Inspect convenience area rooms, ensuring TVs are powered on and reporting technical issues related to Facilities operations; * Escalate network/system issues to IT; * Maintain cleanliness of the workplace, as well as upkeep and preservation of machinery, tools, and equipment within the area; * Comply with company policies and procedures; * Video conferencing connections (Automation); * Audio conferencing connections; * Creation of connection links (via Teams); * Preventive maintenance of meeting rooms (HDMI cables, network cables, etc.); * Technical support for auditorium events (sound reinforcement, projection, and setup). **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in this role. **Conditions:** **100% on-site work; Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM; Corporate benefits package Why CBRE?
