Store Manager

Description

**Responsibilities:** \- Responsible for maintaining an organized store, ensuring cleanliness, stockouts, pricing, and restocking of merchandise; \- Verify documents such as cancellations, exchanges, returns, e-commerce order shipments, authorizations, and identify any discrepancies; \- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring compliance with established quality and service standards; \- Analyze performance indicator reports to monitor the store's progress; \- Conduct weekly and monthly feedback sessions with the team based on previous indicator analyses to improve goal achievement; \- Supervise the inspection of expiring products, guiding the store team in checking products within their respective sections; \- Strategic planning: develop the store’s annual plan based on prior indicators; \- Stay updated on market trends and industry innovations to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in the store; \- Interact with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience and effectively resolve any issues or complaints; \- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities to ensure adequate product availability; \- Manage team work through scheduling, service flow management, conflict resolution, compliance with labor obligations, performance evaluation, and professional development; \- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed established sales targets; **Skills** \- Strong commercial acumen to manage all store activities; \- Ability to handle diverse personalities, given close interaction with staff and occasionally with customers; **Prerequisites:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Administration, Business Management, Commercial Management, Sales Management, or related fields.
