Job Summary: A professional responsible for planning the pedagogical calendar, supervising teacher development, and managing pedagogical matters, acting as a bridge between the institution and guardians. Key Highlights: 1. Pedagogical planning and supervision 2. Teacher development and enhancement 3. Management of pedagogical issues and solutions * Plan the semester's pedagogical calendar together with teachers, ensuring adherence to the schedule of topics to be covered; * Closely monitor the development and enhancement of each teacher; * Conduct weekly alignment meetings with teachers to exchange ideas and align expectations, aiming to resolve daily challenges and identify possible improvements in routine processes; * Lead semester closing meetings with teachers to identify students requiring additional attention; * Contact students' guardians when necessary; * Serve as the liaison among students' guardians, teachers, and the institution; * Manage pedagogical problems as they arise and propose solutions; * Support teachers in selecting teaching materials, determining supplementary materials for students, and developing strategies outside the classroom (e.g., museums and parks); * Identify students' main difficulties and implement actions to address them.
