Job Summary: We are seeking a committed, organized, and interpersonal-skilled Pedagogical Coordinator to support pedagogical development, teacher mentoring, and family assistance. Key Highlights: 1. Proven experience in Pedagogical Coordination. 2. Experience in Early Childhood Education and Elementary School I. 3. Ability to conduct meetings with parents, teachers, and internal staff. We are looking for a Pedagogical Coordinator to join Colégio Hive \- Jardim América unit, directly contributing to pedagogical development, teacher mentoring, and family support. We seek a professional who is committed, organized, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in **Pedagogy**; * Proven experience in **Pedagogical Coordination**; * Experience in **Early Childhood Education** and **Elementary School I**; * Ability to conduct meetings with parents, teachers, and internal staff; * Aptitude to serve as a liaison between administration and teaching staff; * Organizational skills to assist with student-related documentation and school processes; * Experience in **planning, organizing, and supporting the execution of school events**; * Residing near the **Jardim América** neighborhood is a plus. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and guide teachers’ pedagogical work; * Conduct and document pedagogical and parent meetings; * Monitor classroom routines, demands, and needs; * Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing school documents; * Facilitate communication among administration, teachers, and families; * Participate in planning and organizing internal events; * Contribute to the smooth operation of the unit and positive school climate. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: **8:00 AM to 6:00 PM** **Benefits:** * Tuition assistance for dependents * University partnership program * SESC membership benefits Employment Type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Education allowance * Life insurance * Transportation voucher
