




Job Summary: The professional will assist in admission processes, document verification, timekeeping control, payroll support, and act as the company's representative. Key Highlights: 1. Acting as the company's representative in contract terminations and labor hearings. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in the admission process by verifying and entering information into the system, arranging for printing and sorting of documents for signature by the immediate supervisor and distribution to various departments; * Help verify admission documentation and deliver it via courier (mailbag) sent by contractors for filing in the employee's personnel file, per internal standards; * Assist in verifying timekeeping records submitted by contractors, scheduled periodically and spot-checked per instructions from the immediate supervisor; * Send and track the contract termination control spreadsheet, based on payroll system data, to the Human Resources department; * Support contract termination settlements with labor unions, acting as the company's representative (when required), per the internal routine of the HR department; * Update employee workbooks per departmental standards and current legislation; * Provide service to active, inactive, and on-leave employees by completing specific forms per current legislation and internal HR department standards; * Arrange for time cards/attendance sheets for contractors, print labels, sort them, and dispatch accordingly; also monitor and follow up on their return according to the attendance period; * Manage electronic time cards for the administrative area, generating reports for manager review and employee signatures; * Assist in payroll data entry and verification per instructions from the immediate supervisor; * Act as the company's representative in labor hearings or union-based contract terminations whenever required; * Assist in sorting pay slips to be dispatched to contractors/employees; * Perform related duties within the scope of competence upon request from the immediate supervisor. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
