Managing timekeeping records and supporting payroll processing. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** * Assist in the onboarding process by verifying and entering information into the system, arranging for printing and sorting of documents for signature by the immediate supervisor and distribution to various departments; * Help verify onboarding documentation and deliver it via internal mail to be filed in the employee's personnel file, in accordance with internal standards; * Assist in verifying timekeeping records submitted by contractors, scheduled per instructions from the immediate supervisor, performing sample checks as directed; * Send and track the contract termination control spreadsheet, based on payroll system data, to the Human Resources Department; * Support contract termination homologation activities at labor unions, acting as the company's legal representative (when required), following the internal procedures of the Personnel Department; * Update employment record books (CTPS) in compliance with departmental standards and current legislation; * Provide service to active, inactive, and on-leave employees by completing specific forms in accordance with applicable legislation and internal Personnel Department standards; * Arrange for timecards or time sheets for contractors, printing labels and sorting them for dispatch, while also tracking and collecting them back according to the marking period; * Manage electronic timecards for the administrative area, generating reports for manager verification and employee signatures; * Assist in payroll data entry and verification, following instructions from the immediate supervisor; * Act as the company's legal representative in labor hearings or union-based contract termination homologations whenever required; * Assist in sorting pay slips for dispatch to contractors/employees; * Perform related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor, within the scope of one's competencies. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
