RESPONSIBILITIES: · Registering contracts in the system; · Responsible for student renewal and retention; · Monitoring student attendance and absences; · Conducting student satisfaction surveys; · Studying measures to improve school processes; · Participating in the promotion of pedagogical activities; · Attending training sessions provided by the franchisor; · Performing specialized administrative, educational guidance, and supervision tasks.
