As a **LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT MANAGER**, you will:
* Lead Vale's leadership development strategy, ensuring current and future leaders are prepared to execute the business strategy, sustain the long-term vision, and drive cultural evolution as a competitive differentiator.
* Reposition the current model and implement a new leadership development portfolio focused on senior leadership and sustainable business value generation;
* Identify trends and translate business needs into high-impact development experiences, designing innovative leadership solutions (e.g., senior leadership programs, executive coaching, learning journeys, immersive experiences, and exposure to strategic contexts), ensuring practical application, measurable impact, and business return.
* Define guidelines and methodologies focused on leader development, promoting consistency and efficiency;
* Strengthen the Learning function’s positioning, expanding its strategic relevance among stakeholders;
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance development solutions.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree; postgraduate degree preferred;
* Experience in people management;
* Proven experience in learning strategy and development solution design, with direct engagement with senior leadership;
* Experience in structuring learning models, processes, and metrics;
* Strategic execution and stakeholder management skills;
* Ability to operate effectively in complex environments, with systemic thinking and results orientation.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in transformation initiatives or functional repositioning projects;
* Experience managing relationships with educational institutions and external partners.
