We seek a committed, communicative, and empathetic individual who identifies with the mission of supporting youth development and contributing to a welcoming, collaborative learning environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Deliver Office Suite and Business Management – ERP courses. * Plan theoretical and practical lessons aligned with the teaching plan and course objectives. * Develop lesson outlines, projects, and practical challenges that stimulate applied reasoning and active learning. * Update course content according to technological trends and market demands. * Propose activities integrating computational thinking and real-world problem solving. * Monitor student progress and provide continuous feedback. * Identify individual difficulties and implement supportive strategies. * Encourage youth agency and practical application of course content in personal or social projects. * Collaborate with the pedagogical team and IOS tech team to align practices and outcomes. * Participate in alignment meetings, training sessions, and exchanges of pedagogical best practices. * Support formative assessment and student certification. * Complete reports \- attendance records and other classroom-related tasks. * Administer activities and assessments, grade them, enter scores into the educational management system, and monitor daily student attendance. * Perform school administrative tasks: tracking absences and grades, student enrollment, and data entry into the Educational Management System. **Work Location:** Universidade Celso Lisboa\- Rua Vinte e Quatro de Maio, 797 \- Engenho Novo \- Rio de Janeiro \- RJ / 20950\-092 **Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM** Monday to Thursday, Work Model: 100% in-person **Employment Type:** Contractor (PJ) **Salary:** To be negotiated **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills):** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Information Systems / Systems Analysis and Development / Information Technology; * Strong written communication skills * Collaboration tools (Google Drive, Canva, Trello, Miro) * Tools for interactive presentations (Kahoot, Mentimeter) * Learning platforms (Google Classroom, Moodle, Microsoft Teams) * Proficiency in technology and problem-solving * Development of small practical projects. * Basic IT troubleshooting * Use of free and accessible software for school projects * M365 Suite; **Behavioral Requirements (Soft Skills):** * Process organization * Flexibility and adaptability * Creativity and innovation * Group management and conflict mediation * Resilience and patience * Pedagogical skill and ability to engage learners * Collaboration and networked teamwork * Public speaking / strong communication skills * Willingness to learn * Social awareness * Familiarity with youth culture; **Tools Required:** * Laptop; * Corporate mobile phone.
