Used sofa, yet in excellent condition—neither sunken nor torn; minimal usage time, and I always used protective covers (fabric and suede). The fabric resembles fine velvet, which may give the impression of stains, but it is merely a tactile effect. The sofa disassembles, and the backrest is removable via a zipper for easy cleaning.
