




### **Context and Environment** Activities are carried out in a multifunctional context, subject to change according to internal and external environments, and continuously aligned with internal networks and the parent company. ### **Activities** **The employee must carry out their activities in accordance with the HSE Management System, aligned with the One Maestro Principles and oriented toward safeguarding people’s integrity, preserving the environment and resources, contributing to improved energy efficiency and asset decarbonization, and enhancing the Company’s reputation.** **Content and Media Advisory** – Support content management for the subsidiary, working cross-functionally with other Communication subsystems to ensure correct implementation and execution of the Company’s positioning; create content for internal channels (Viva Engage, Intranet, newsletters) and institutional materials such as brochures and videos. Responsible for metrics and updating internal communication channels. Support media content production and media crisis management. **Internal Communication** – Support planning and execution of internal campaigns, endomarketing initiatives, internal programs, and events; disseminate headquarters-led campaigns across the subsidiary; ensure internal channels remain up to date; maintain and enhance the intranet; establish strong interfaces with internal stakeholders (e.g., HSE, HR, Operations, IT, Administration) to integrate their needs into internal actions; supervise implementation of communication activities, including consultants and vendors where applicable; manage work plans; prepare reports and KPIs. Special participation in the innovation committee and related topics. **Events** – Proven experience in corporate events such as year-end parties and ROGe + OTC exhibition booths, covering all aspects involved—including planning and execution; conducting tender processes, vendor and contract management, and project cost control. Ensure brand visibility and engagement opportunities aligned with the affiliate’s core strategy. **Volunteer Initiatives** – Support planning and implementation of volunteer initiatives, including project mapping, employee engagement, and other related responsibilities. **Sponsorship Activations** – Serve as the communications focal point for sponsorship activations—whether through direct funding or incentive laws—ensuring brand visibility and leveraging formats to secure recognition in any initiative. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate closely with all members of the Communications and CSR teams. * Execute all activities within one’s scope under the coordination of area leadership. * Engage with internal and external stakeholders relevant to one’s scope of activities. ### **Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or related fields; * Minimum 10 years’ experience in multinational companies; * Solid understanding of the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage; * Fluency in English; * Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines; * Experience in corporate events and content creation; * Initiative, creativity, adaptability, and dynamism; * Strong planning skills; ### **Additional Information** **TotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual development, and offers equal employment opportunities to all candidates.**
