Job Summary:
A professional responsible for in-person, telephone, and digital customer service, managing the flow of people and providing basic information, while supporting administrative tasks and maintaining an organized reception.

Provide in-person, telephone, and digital channel service, welcoming customers, visitors, and suppliers with courtesy and professionalism;
Manage personnel entry and exit, providing guidance and direction.
Provide basic information regarding the company, services, and operating hours
Schedule, confirm, and organize appointments, where applicable
Maintain a clean, organized, and company-standard-compliant reception area
Receive, register, and forward correspondence, documents, and packages
Support simple administrative tasks as required by the position
Comply with internal policies, upholding professional conduct, confidentiality, and company image.
Desired Education and Experience
High school diploma required
Minimum 1 year of experience as a receptionist or in customer-facing roles;
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office);

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8 AM to 5 PM; Friday: until 4 PM (every other Saturday)
Employment Type: Full-time
Compensation: R$1\.598,76 per month
