Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges for a Pharmacy Preceptor include:** * Acting as the primary agent in implementing our institutions’ pedagogical proposal, facilitating the learning process and fulfilling the entire course syllabus—including the scheduled number of classes—while continuously sparking students’ interest in study, reflection, and the pursuit of new knowledge; * Appropriately utilizing available teaching materials and encouraging students to consult discipline-related bibliographic resources—including books and periodicals available in the library—to foster critical and reflective learning; * Meeting deadlines established in the academic calendar, as well as fulfilling requests from your respective course coordinator; * Recording attendance, lesson content, academic activity results, and other information related to curricular components in the electronic gradebook within the timeframe defined by the academic calendar; * Contributing to preparatory actions for the ENADE (National Student Performance Exam); * Guiding students in their capstone projects; * Delivering classes using active learning methodologies and the flipped classroom model. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Qualification: **SPECIALIZATION**; * Mandatory Bachelor’s Degree/Specialization: **PHARMACY**; * Strong communication skills, ability to relate to students, adaptability, and flexibility; * Up-to-date theoretical and practical knowledge relevant to the subject matter; * Proficiency in Microsoft Teams; * An updated Lattes CV is mandatory; this is one of the disqualification criteria.
