An audiovisual production company is seeking an Infrastructure and Facilities Manager in Rio de Janeiro. **Responsibilities:** Manage infrastructure activities, including renovations, adaptations, and building improvements. Coordinate the execution of construction projects and technical services, monitoring deadlines, costs, quality, and compliance (without assuming legal technical responsibility). Supervise ongoing facilities services: cleaning, conservation, asset security, concierge, and preventive and corrective building maintenance. Manage in-house and outsourced teams, guiding performance and ensuring adherence to operational procedures. Administer contracts and suppliers, monitoring SLAs, measurements, invoicing, and addendums. Plan and control the department’s budget (Capex/Opex). Ensure operational compliance with internal standards, legislation, and compliance policies. Maintain up-to-date required technical reports (AVCB, electrical, structural, etc.) with qualified responsible parties. Identify and mitigate operational, structural, and asset-related risks. Prepare management reports and performance indicators for senior leadership. Authority and Limits Autonomous operational management within the approved budget. Role as manager/coordinator, not the legally designated technical responsible person (does not sign ART or RRT). Direct interface with Administrative, Finance, Legal, and Compliance departments. Bachelor’s degree required.
