This professional will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment in the production process, monitoring operational parameters, and performing control tasks to ensure products meet the company’s established quality, safety, and environmental standards. **Main Responsibilities** **Process Operation** * Operate industrial machinery and equipment such as reactors, mixers, tanks, grinders, and packaging lines; * Perform weighing, dosing, and mixing according to technical specifications and operational instructions; * Monitor and track production process parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure, pH, viscosity, etc.). **Control and Monitoring** * Record production data and operational information; * Identify process deviations and immediately report them to the area supervisor; * Adjust equipment within operational limits and report technical failures. **Operational Routines and Safety** * Perform cleaning and minor preventive maintenance on equipment and work areas; * Strictly comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality, safety, and environmental regulations; * Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE); * Assist in organizing the production area. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in industrial production; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to safety; * Ability to work in a team and follow operational procedures. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in the chemical industry or similar industrial processes; * Basic training in Process Operation or related fields; * Familiarity with chemical processes and industrial safety.
