Surveillance and incident logging at the construction site **If you have experience managing entry and exit at construction sites, this opportunity is for you!** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ### **Your Mission in This Role!** Act as the primary control and reception point at the construction site, safeguarding property security, organizing the inbound and outbound flow of personnel, vehicles, and materials, and ensuring compliance with access and occupational safety regulations from the main gate. ### **Your Key Responsibilities:** * **Access Control (Personnel):** Identify and register the entry and exit of employees (CLT), contractors (subcontractors), and visitors, ensuring no one enters the site without proper authorization and identification (ID badge). * **PPE Inspection at Entry:** Ensure no worker or visitor enters the construction site without basic PPE (hard hat, safety boots, etc.), per Occupational Safety guidelines. * **Receiving Materials and Equipment:** Receive suppliers, direct truck parking, and perform initial verification of invoices, immediately notifying the warehouse or engineering team upon arrival of supplies. * **Vehicle Control:** Record vehicle entry, exit, and dwell time for company or third-party vehicles, ensuring smooth traffic flow at the loading/unloading gate. * **Property Protection:** Monitor the site premises during your shift to prevent theft, damage to company assets, or unauthorized entry. * **Incident Logbook:** Maintain an up-to-date daily logbook, recording any incidents, supplier delays, or atypical situations occurring at the gate. * **Telephone and Intercom Support:** Answer calls and intercom requests, providing basic information and routing inquiries to the responsible departments. **Requirements:** ----------------- * Completed High School education * Prior experience as a gatekeeper, security guard, or access controller is preferred (especially in civil construction). * Basic familiarity with data entry into systems or simple spreadsheets. * Fundamental knowledge of fire prevention and first aid. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Firmness and Assertiveness * Attention and Vigilance * Organization * Punctuality and Regular Attendance * Courtesy and Cordiality **Important!** **Don’t delay—apply now for this position!** Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Desired Qualifications:* Building Construction, Technical Course * Civil Engineering, Bachelor's Degree * Architecture and Urban Planning, Bachelor's Degree * University partnership program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation allowance
