




**Description:** Handling user tickets with a focus on cybersecurity incidents Serve as the focal point for user tickets and inquiries regarding topics that may compromise the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information; Perform triage of user tickets, clarifying questions and forwarding identified cybersecurity incidents for resolution; Collaborate with other Information Security teams and departments across the company necessary for resolving user tickets, such as IT (Information Technology), Privacy, ISC (Intelligence and Corporate Security), HR (Human Resources), Legal, and INC (Corporate Integrity).
