Serve as the focal point for strategic clients and promote innovation **TechBiz Digital Forensics is seeking a Services Manager to lead the technical delivery area and reinforce the company's position as a national reference in digital forensics solutions.** This professional will be responsible for ensuring excellence in project execution, including implementations, corporate investigations, training, and ongoing forensic services, working directly with a team of specialist consultants. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the team of consultants and coordinators responsible for forensic solution implementations, corporate investigations, client training, and ongoing digital forensic services; * Manage projects and contracts, ensuring technical quality, deadline compliance, SLAs, and delivery volume; * Supervise the execution of technical training and implementations (in-person and online), in partnership with TechBiz Academy; * Serve as the focal point for strategic clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, trust, and perceived value; * Define, monitor, and report performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management; * Promote innovation and disseminate best practices within the services area; * Ensure contract renewals, guaranteeing continuous value delivery and sustaining long-term relationships. **Technical Prerequisites:** * Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields; * Solid experience in technical service management or consulting, preferably in incident response, digital forensics, or cybersecurity projects; * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile) and service management frameworks (ITIL or similar); * Experience with ongoing operations/managed contracts, such as information security outsourcing, SOCs, or forensic laboratories; * Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with a results-oriented focus and strong priority management skills; * Advanced English proficiency, with capability to communicate effectively with international vendors.
