Waiters/waitresses are responsible for delivering a warm, agile, and excellent service experience to guests and customers at Restaurant Otaviano and in the events department, ensuring adherence to the quality and hospitality standards of Arena Hotels Suites Network. **Main Responsibilities:** * Greet customers courteously, empathetically, and efficiently, ensuring a memorable experience from start to finish. * Accurately record and relay orders to the bar and kitchen, monitoring preparation and delivery. * Serve food and beverages according to the network's defined presentation standards, temperature requirements, and service sequence. * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and restocking of tables, utensils, and service areas. * Support the setup and operation of events, coffee breaks, and banquets as scheduled by the hotel. * Strictly comply with hygiene, food safety, and personal/professional appearance standards. * Collaborate effectively within the team, supporting colleagues and fostering a collaborative and respectful environment. **Requirements and Technical Competencies:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in this role in restaurants, bars, or hospitality (preferred). * Strong communication skills, friendliness, and attention to detail. * Agility, proactivity, and results orientation. * Preferred: basic knowledge of wines and cocktails. * Advantage: intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Arena Behaviors and Values (PRAIA):** * **People:** demonstrates courtesy, empathy, and genuine interest in serving well. * **Respect:** treats everyone with politeness and ethics, maintaining a harmonious environment. * **Safe Work Environment:** contributes to a light, collaborative, and welcoming atmosphere. * **Integrity:** acts honestly and commits to company standards. * **Positive Attitude:** seeks solutions, maintains good humor, and inspires the team with enthusiasm.
