Therefore, the Assistant Store Manager will have the opportunity to face significant challenges, such as being responsible for store operations during their shift—planning, inventory control, food safety, guiding, correcting, and monitoring team actions. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Plan and execute store operations, determining operator and specialist placement across workstations during shifts. * Open cash registers, stocking them with necessary cash and withdrawing cash during business hours, as well as preparing end-of-day financial reports. * Ensure smooth store operations regarding customer service, product preparation, equipment usage, and compliance with safety standards. * Supervise receipt of food items, packaging, cleaning supplies, and equipment, evaluating their quality. * Ensure employee safety and food safety for the brand. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Education: Completed high school or currently pursuing higher education. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite is desirable. Experience in fast-food industry is a plus. Must be available to work a rotating 6-days-on/1-day-off schedule from 5:00 PM to 1:33 AM.
