




Job Summary: Responsible for cleaning and organizing kitchen utensils, equipment, and facilities, ensuring compliance with good food safety practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cleaning and organizing dishes, pots, and utensils 2. Maintaining general hygiene in kitchen and cafeteria areas 3. Applying good food safety practices Job Description * Washing/cleaning kitchen dishes, pots, and utensils manually and/or using dishwashers. * Performing general cleaning of kitchen premises and facilities, including equipment, cafeteria, pantry, and all A & B areas and food-handling zones. * Collecting, sorting/separating, and delivering waste to designated recycling locations. * Applying relevant good food safety practices. * Cleaning, sorting, organizing, and storing kitchen materials and utensils. * Setting up and dismantling cafeterias, arranging/removing plates, cutlery, and napkins, and transporting and positioning food-filled sinks in appropriate areas. * Performing other related duties as required by the department.
