Join us in living the new! **ATTENTION: AXIA Energia does not charge fees for tests, exams, or participation in the selection process.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities:** * Manage project scope, time, cost, quality, risks, resources, procurement, stakeholders, occupational health and safety, communication, and integration; * Substitute for the Project Manager when necessary (coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure alignment with strategic objectives); * Provide technical oversight to project support and operations areas; * Follow up on requests assigned to project support areas; * Participate in tactical meetings and operational committees. **Interfaces:** * Applied Engineering Lead: to ensure technical solutions align with scope and execution; * Construction Coordinator: to monitor physical progress and ensure integration with engineering; * Planning Engineer and PMO: for governance of schedule management, KPIs, and reporting; * Legal and Contracts: to support claims, disputes, contractual interpretations, and legal compliance; * Procurement: to ensure timely delivery and critical procurements within schedule and scope; * Project Coordinator: to support integrated management and substitution when necessary; * Operations and Maintenance: to ensure the project meets operational requirements; * Communications: to coordinate institutional messaging and *status reports*; * Risk Management: to update the risk matrix and implement mitigation plans; * Quality Assurance: to ensure compliance with standards, technical specifications, inspections, and validations; * Pipeline Projects Engineer: to clarify technical structuring questions—especially during early project phases—and ensure lessons learned are transferred, supporting continuous improvement and application of best practices in subsequent projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering; * Experience in project and contract management (modernization or expansion projects for electric power generation); * Valid Category B driver’s license; * Willingness to travel. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energia, the well\-being and quality of life of our people fuel the energy that drives us.
