Generalist Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining electrical installations, circuits, and equipment, as well as executing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance. Support for routine civil, hydraulic, and air-conditioning maintenance **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining electrical installations, circuits, and equipment, including diesel generators, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), hydraulic pumps, distribution panels, electrical control systems, emergency lighting systems, static parallel switches, transfer switches between generator and utility grid, power transformers, and other medium- and low-voltage equipment at assigned locations * Responsible for conducting periodic equipment inspection rounds, measuring energy consumption and equipment/installation performance, performing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, and providing technical supervision of third-party contractors executing specialized maintenance services * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment according to the activity schedule * Perform building electrical work, such as cable routing, installation of outlet boxes and circuit breakers, lamp replacement, electric motor replacement, and line filters * Support routine civil, painting, hydraulic, and air-conditioning maintenance * Assemble electrical control panels and switchboards * Responsible for performing corrective and preventive maintenance tasks on building electrical installations, appliances, and equipment, guided by layout drawings, electrical schematics/diagrams, instructions, and other specific documentation * Implement actions to maintain installations in good working condition and ensure safe working conditions * Accountable for inventory control of items entrusted to the professional * Ensure proper use of individual and collective safety equipment **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Completed Technical Course in Electrotechnology or a vocational training program in Electrical Engineering or related fields (e.g., electrical installations, electrical controls) * Solid experience in generalist building maintenance **Location:** Rio de Janeiro/RJ and São Paulo/SP Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) * Group Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance * Group Medical Assistance / Group Medicine * Dental Assistance * Food Voucher * Transportation Allowance * Basic Food Basket
