This professional will be responsible for coordinating assembly teams, monitoring schedules, ensuring installation quality, and guaranteeing compliance with safety regulations. **Responsibilities** * Lead and guide the metal structure assembly team and assistants. * Interpret engineering drawings, technical plans, fabrication details, and isometric diagrams. * Plan daily team activities, assign tasks, and monitor execution progress. * Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and plumbness of structures during assembly. * Supervise welding, bolting, and structural bracing operations. * Inspect incoming materials and ensure correct storage and usage. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * Report activity progress to the site engineer/foreman. * Assist in resolving technical issues during execution. * Participate in inspections and approve work stages per quality standards. **Salary**: R$ 4.000,00 **Employment Type**: PJ **Requirements:** ----------------- **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Metal Structure Team Leader, Foreman, or Senior Assembler. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and isometric diagrams. * Knowledge of welding, assembly, cutting, and measurement processes. * Proficiency with measuring instruments (level, tape measure, square, plumb bob). * Basic knowledge of occupational safety and risk prevention practices. * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Preferred qualifications: training courses in metal structures, NR-35 (work at heights), NR-33 (confined spaces).
