WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? * Responsible for keeping the entire kitchen clean and ensuring all areas are sanitized according to health surveillance regulations for receiving goods and staff; * Responsible for organizing cleaning supplies and replenishing soap dispensers, gel dispensers, paper towel dispensers, and toilet paper dispensers in all locations where these items are used; * Responsible for operating the dishwashing machine (plates and glasses), as well as sanitizing utensils, containers, and cookware; * Responsible for properly storing utensils, tableware, and containers to ensure efficiency during usage; * Adhere to the Good Manufacturing Practices manual.
