Job Summary: Responsible for restocking merchandise, organizing displays, ensuring customer safety, and providing support while maintaining product availability and service. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of space security and organization **Your Mission:** * Restock merchandise on shelves/families and in "picking" areas, executing basic procedures of "full, clean, labeled, safe", ensuring correct stock location within aisles, suggesting adjustments when necessary, and complying with all safety rules and procedures to guarantee optimal stock availability for customers; * Replace labels and create signage and product sample displays following the "see, understand, touch, buy" principle, keeping display stands, cross-marketing materials, and cartobags in perfect condition to facilitate customer self-service at the shelf front; * Ensure no pallets, merchandise, boxes, plastics, equipment, or any other items obstruct or hinder customer circulation in aisle sections, thereby preventing potential accidents; * Remain attentive to cashier requests and provide support whenever needed to ensure swift customer service; * Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, always demonstrating attentiveness and willingness to assist, thereby enabling sales through excellent service; * Scan visual stock-outs within your assigned territory, considering the four possible causes (replenishment, inventory, AVS's, and unscanned stock-outs), to monitor available products. **To join our team, you must have:** * Completed high school education; * Experience operating elevated platforms and ladders; * Knowledge of sales and negotiation, market trends, demand, and competition; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word and Excel. **Benefits Package:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * On-site meal allowance; * Basic food basket; * Christmas basket; * Progress bonus; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Transportation allowance or parking; * All Adeo – annual free shares linked to overall company performance.
