Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring the security and maintenance of buildings, controlling access, inspecting facilities, performing repairs, and safeguarding residents' well-being. Control access and monitor movement of people RESPONSIBILITIES: * Ensure the safety of people and property in residential apartment buildings, commercial buildings, and other structures; * Monitor movement of people and vehicles in parking areas; * Receive packages, goods, materials, and equipment; * Operate elevators and perform minor repairs; * Inspect corridors, courtyards, areas, and building facilities to assess cleaning needs, repair requirements, elevator functionality, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and other equipment, arranging necessary services; * Maintain hygiene of premises and facilities by performing cleaning tasks, waste removal or incineration, ensuring the building meets required sanitation standards; * Perform or arrange general maintenance services, replace light bulbs and fuses, conduct minor repairs, and request qualified personnel for repairs of ovens, pumps, water tanks, fire extinguishers, and elevators, ensuring operational conditions and safety of facilities; * Enforce internal building regulations, prevent noise during inappropriate hours, prevent improper use of facilities, and report emerging issues to management to maintain order and promote residents' well-being; * Manage procurement, receipt, verification, control, and distribution of consumables and cleaning supplies based on scheduled tasks to avoid disruptions in building sanitation and maintenance processes; * Serve occasionally on the fire brigade team, executing contingency actions and guiding building users during panic or fire emergencies; * Prevent workplace accidents by following safety procedures and using personal and collective protective equipment whenever required; * Fulfill objectives set by Management in full alignment with company policy; * Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding all information accessed; * Prevent environmental impacts arising from environmental aspects associated with assigned activities; * Perform other tasks as duly instructed.
